Our Project Services Team handles the implementation of new technology at our customer sites. This includes new software and/or new versions of existing software, new hardware, new or moved locations or any other change in the IT environment that lends itself to a project management process.

Our Project Engineers are well-trained Microsoft Certified Engineers (MCSE), but more importantly are also trained in project management skills. Our project implementations are evaluated first and foremost on how well they are managed from the people and business perspective. Technical success is also important, but a working business with satisfied employees is our first goal.

All of our projects have a detailed scope document providing a description of the work to be done and the estimated costs. All projects also have a project initiation meeting with customer involvement and a project closing meeting. Documentation is always updated at both the customer site and in CNC databases.
