Our Support Services team provides proactive management and monitoring services that we refer to as Managed Services. These activities help ensure the health of a customer’s computing environment and prevent unexpected network problems.

Our managed services activities are provided under service level agreements outlining the scope of services being provided during a given timeframe. Activities range from the daily monitoring of critical activities such as backups to monthly scheduled updates of servers to periodic updates of other managed software products.
