Lab Deployment Phase
CNC maintains a fully functional network for NetCare Lab. This learning/perfecting tool provides a desktop, laptop and all of the functionality provided to client sites. It gives our staff a safe environment to learn and test their skills, working with the same configurations deployed in the field for actual customers.

Production Deployment Phase
Like other IT companies and Microsoft itself, CNC believes in “eating your own dog food.” That means our people use the same solutions we recommend. We work in an environment that has the same security settings and user restrictions we recommend for you. So we’re familiar with the challenges you experience.

We also manage our own network using the same processes we use for yours – with one important difference. Our trouble tickets are handled by our technical leadership team. Our technology brain trust has a vested interest in how well our processes work!
